If a particular link does not download as expected, please verify that the source Instagram post, reel, or profile is public. Download It cannot access content from private accounts.

When reporting a technical problem, please include the following details so we can investigate promptly:

• The exact Instagram link you are trying to download.
• The device and operating system you are using (e.g., Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
• The web browser and version (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
• A description of the error message or behavior observed.

2. Website Feedback & Suggestions
